Year 13 Results

A return to external exams brought back the anxious wait for this day, but it has certainly been one that was worth waiting for. 14% of A-Level entries were awarded A*-A, 56% A*-B and 74% A*-C. In our applied courses 60% of student achieved either a Distinction* or Distinction. These are results that students have worked hard to achieve and have been supported by excellent teaching.

Amongst the general success are the individual stories, like Bradley Kemp, securing AAB in Mathematics, Geography and Economics. He will be studying at London School of Economics from September studying Geography with Economics.

Equally strong results, in our specialist subjects, were achieved by Luke Garcia-Ritter. Working hard to secure AAB in Mathematics, Business and Economics, Luke is off to the University of Bath to study Economics.

Kiera Brown achieved A*AA in Art, English and Psychology. On picking up her results it was hard to say who was more excited, Kiera, or her dad. It was truly wonderful to share in their success.

Results across all subjects have been strong this year, but particularly so in our specialism of Economics and Business, both A-Level and BTEC.

It really has been a year to be proud of.

If you are yet to collect your results these can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm from the Tudor Park building.
